
The American Concrete Pavement Association has named Patrick Cleary, senior vice president of U.S. cement commercial at Amrize, as chair of its board of directors for 2026.
Cleary brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial leadership within the construction materials industry. He has held his current role at Amrize since June 2025 and previously spent more than two decades at Holcim US, including seven years as senior vice president of cement sales.
He holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University Bloomington.
ACPA also announced its 2026 administration committee, which includes Ed Wessel of Hi-Way Paving Inc. as first vice chair, Ruben Guerrero of Salt River Materials Group as second vice chair, Tim Duit of Duit Construction Co. as third vice chair, Don Weaver of Weaver-Bailey Contractors Inc. as immediate past chair, and Nathan Reede of Reede Construction Inc. as treasurer.
Additional board members represent contractors, manufacturers and state associations across the concrete paving industry.
