Following Ballweber's retirement, Scott Park, CEO and vice chairman of Doosan Bobcat Inc., will serve as interim president of the North America region until a successor is named.

Ballweber joined Bobcat in 1998 and was appointed president in 2019. During his tenure, he helped expand the company's dealer network, grow its product portfolio and support manufacturing and innovation initiatives. He also led the business through the COVID-19 pandemic and global supply chain disruptions.

Ballweber will remain with the company through July 31 to support the leadership transition. Park will oversee the North American business while the search for a permanent successor is underway.
