In 2013 , e-commerce and technology began to make their way, and entrepreneurship around these topics was an attractive sector for entrepreneurs to explore. Sebastián Ojeda and Nicolás Kipreos were two of them. That year they envisioned that the demand for last-mile services would grow and with this they would need an ally to help them deliver the best post-purchase experience, and with it a moment of happiness for their customers.
