Founded in 1996, the company develops systems, processes and workflows that can be used to help fleet operators manage and maintain their assets more effectively. The company’s flagship product is called EMDECS. BrightOrder’s mission is to identify the one way; the best way to perform every task undertaken by fleet operators, so that customers can focus on the business of fleet operation. This work has included developing a logic engine for advanced artificial intelligence systems that is able to help predict events to enable the risks associated with them to be mitigated or avoided. It also enables fleet owners and operators to make accurate predictions to be able to take advantage of commercial and operational opportunities.
