Sunbelt Rentals Designated as Military Friendly Employer

For its fifth consecutive year, Sunbelt Rentals earned the 2025 Military Friendly® Employer, Gold Designation - the company scored within 10% of the 10th ranking employer in its category. They also received a Military Spouse Friendly Employers® (MSFE) rating that recognizes the company for creating an environment for veteran spouses to thrive in their personal and professional lives. 

The Military Friendly® honor measures an organization’s commitment, effort, and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefits for the military community, based on standards set forth by VIQTORY. Institutions earning the Military Friendly® Employers designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over twelve hundred companies participated in the Military Friendly® survey.

Sunbelt Rentals has a robust Veterans Program designed to support veterans by providing a fulfilling workplace where they are part of enriching the company culture. Based on four pillars — resources, recruitment, recognition and retention — the program has been purpose-built to assist with challenges faced by the veteran population. It includes access to a hotline, administrative and accommodation support, and interagency coordination. Veteran ambassadors support military team members throughout their careers and are available to guide them through the company’s resources.
