Rockster gave away an R1100 with screening box and return belt at CONEXPO 2011 in a lottery-style drawing.
The R1100 mobile track-mounted impact crusher can produce up to 300 tons of crushed material per hour from demolition debris, asphalt, concrete or virgin stone. A nearly 41-in. impact circle and rotor with four blow bars deliver crushing ratios from 1:10 to 1:50. The R1100 is powered by a 325-hp Cat engine through a hydrostatic motor that drives the crusher via a V-belt, which replaces the usual clutch. Two hydraulically adjustable swingbeams and variable rotor speed allow control over the size of the product. The R1100 transports at just over 35 tons.
