Wesgarde is highlighting the Optifuse 641, 642 and 643 mid-amp circuit breakers, designed for electrical protection in large vehicles, including construction equipment.
The three breakers share a compact, waterproof and ignition-protected design intended for harsh environments, including marine engine compartments. All models meet industry standards such as SAE J1171, SAE J553 and ABYC branch circuit protection requirements, allowing installation in space-constrained applications while maintaining compliance.
The Optifuse 641 features an automatic reset function and is rated for 32VDC operation with amperage from 10A to 60A. It includes a 2,500A DC interrupt rating to help protect systems from high fault currents.
The 642 model uses a manual reset design, giving operators control over when power is restored after a fault. It shares the same marine-rated construction as the 641 and is intended for applications where manual supervision is preferred.
The 643 manual reset breaker adds a push-to-trip function, allowing users to test and verify circuit performance. Like the other models, it supports mid-range amperage loads up to 60A and is designed for use in wet or rugged conditions.
