Overview
Hubstaff tracks your employees locations when they start the timer, are scheduled to work, or on an ongoing basis if you enable fleet tracking. Managers can adjust these settings for each user, and crew members have to allow permissions on their device so theyre aware of whats being tracked. It's difficult to predict exactly how much power the Hubstaff app will use because battery life varies for each device. But on average, Hubstaff uses about 2% of a healthy battery per hour with location tracking of up to a 500-meter accuracy. Hubstaff integrates with QuickBooks and FreshBooks accounting software. Plus, it works with more than 60 other project management and payment tools.
