Mack Trucks just rolled out something new — and it’s not just for Mack owners. Load Finder is a digital tool designed to help trucking fleets find more freight, cut down on empty miles, and get more out of every trip.
Whether you run a single truck or manage a large fleet, Load Finder can match your available drivers with spot loads in real time. It uses smart technology, like live location data and machine learning, to recommend loads that make sense based on where your drivers are and where they’re headed next.
The best part? You don’t need to drive a Mack to use it. Load Finder works for any dispatcher or fleet, no matter the truck brand. Mack developed the tool in partnership with Canadian freight tech startup Class8, which has been building digital trucking solutions since 2015.
“This is a big deal for customers, especially if they’ve got trucks sitting idle,” said Patrick Brown, director of strategy at Mack. “Load Finder helps fleets save time, earn more, and keep their trucks moving.”
The tool is available through Mack Connect for current customers, and open to any fleet or dispatcher at macktrucks.com. Once you’re in, Load Finder pulls together load boards, truck location data, and market trends to suggest the best loads and even gives you rate insights to help with broker negotiations.
