FuelPro Trailers has introduced a flexible line of diesel fuel and lube trailers built for on-site refueling and servicing. Designed to support a range of industries, including construction and agriculture, these units can be configured to meet the specific demands of different equipment fleets.
Available in fuel capacities ranging from 475 to 990 gallons, FuelPro trailers can be manufactured in either trailer-mounted or skid-mounted formats. Skid versions include slots for forklift access or lifting hooks, making them easy to transport and deploy in the field. Multi-tank designs allow for storage and delivery of various lubricants and hydraulic fluids needed for complex fleets.
Each trailer can be outfitted with a wide range of service-related equipment, including air compressors, generators, pressure washers, toolkits, storage compartments, fire extinguishers, and more. This customization allows operations teams to consolidate refueling, maintenance, and repairs into a single mobile platform.
Built to meet DOT compliance standards, the trailers feature a durable 6-inch C-channel steel chassis. Tanks are constructed from 7-gauge steel with double seam welds, supported by a five-year warranty. For internal stability and safe transport, tanks include surge baffles, cross bracing, pressure relief vents, and lockable vented fill caps. Fuel levels can be monitored at a glance via built-in gauges.
Fuel delivery systems come standard with a self-priming, 25 GPM industrial-grade pump powered by a 12V deep-cycle marine battery. Each unit is equipped with a 1-inch delivery hose and auto-trip nozzle, with hose lengths of 18, 30, or 50 feet. Auto-retracting hose reels are optional for fast and efficient service.

All trailers ride on dual torsion axles with EZ lube hubs, electric drum brakes, and ST235/80R16 radial tires. Users can select either 6- or 8-bolt steel or aluminum wheels, and hitch options include a five-position adjustable 2 5/16-inch ball or pintle hitch.
Each trailer is coated with a PPG Delfleet Essential® epoxy primer for corrosion resistance and includes safety features such as heavy-duty chains, diamond plate fenders, DOT reflective tape, rollover rails, and commercial-grade jacks. Final builds are pressure tested and inspected at multiple points throughout manufacturing.
In addition to custom lube trailers, FuelPro offers standard and configurable fuel trailers with optional compartments for DEF, grease, and other tools.
