Synthetic Engine Filter Vs. Paper Engine Filter

CASE Construction uses a synthetic media-type of filter for its engines rather than the popular paper filter route. Synthetic media-type filters are able to capture more contaminants, making synthetic filters a more accurate and reliable option. This material can also last for longer. CASE claims that the synthetic filters are 70% more efficient.

While paper filters are slightly less expensive, they aren't as efficient and are less resilient when compared to their synthetic counterparts. This added efficiency allows for longer times between services and increases the overall longevity of the filter.
