Engineered Rigging has expanded its heavy lifting equipment rental fleet with the addition of the Enerpac JS250 Jack-Up System. The system offers fully automated, synchronous lifting, lowering and load-holding capabilities for projects requiring multi-point lifts of up to 1,100 tons.

The JS250 system operates with a compact footprint and integrates self-contained hydraulics in each jack-up unit. A typical configuration includes four towers, one at each corner of a load. As the system lifts the load incrementally, mechanical barrels are inserted to form a stable tower structure, providing lockout points every 19.7 inches (500 mm). This approach enables precise control and stability throughout the lifting process.

Key system features include:

  • Computer-controlled operation with single-user interface
  • Adjustable locking top barrel for faster setup
  • Lifting capacity of 275 tons per unit
  • Lifting height range from under 5 feet to nearly 33 feet
  • Maximum lift speed of 13 feet (4 meters) per hour

The compact footprint and automated controls make the JS250 well suited for tight or restricted worksites. Applications include bridge construction and repair, industrial equipment relocation, modular construction and lifting or leveling large structures.

The addition of the JS250 expands Engineered Rigging’s support for projects requiring high-capacity lifts, offering rental customers a solution for complex heavy lifting challenges.
