
Hitachi Construction Machinery displayed new equipment and technology during CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, highlighting its 75-year history of equipment development.

The booth featured more than 20 machines, including the ZX500LCK-6 high-reach demolition excavator, upgraded ZW120-7 and ZW140-7 wheel loaders and a mass excavation configuration for the ZX890-7 excavator. More than 15 attachment types were also shown.
Technology demonstrations developed with industry partners were a major focus of the exhibit. Highlights included Teleo’s supervised autonomy system for remote-operated wheel loaders, Sodex’s cab-mounted lidar surveying system and Veristart’s equipment access control technology.
Hitachi also highlighted its autonomous haulage framework, Solutions Linkage 3D machine guidance system and LANDCROS Connect fleet management platform.
